Exceptional Growth in experience

My work hours are very flexible, I am at the office at 10am and I leave the office at 7pm on a daily basis, dependent on the project I am working on, assignments, and team availability. I can confidently say I have a great working relationship with my co-workers, and the amount of effort and dedication I provide is well acknowledged and respected. I have learned a lot technically over the last 5 years however my most important lesson are with soft skills as I have grown in communication with clients and co-workers, both publicly in the form of presentations, meetings & emails, and privately in the form of 1 to 1 meetings. I enjoy the family vibe and comradery I have with my co-workers in the office and outside the office as this increases team work. The most challenging aspects of the job is working late hours completing projects and assignments, and the amount of workload the team needs to shoulder.

Excellent Learning Curve

Amazing Learning Curve, Amazing opportunities offered. PBT is very family oriented which help build strong relationships with colleagues. We always have fun get togethers for the teams which makes working together much easier and fun. Pbt has taught me how to think outside the box, how to deal with clients and act on my feet.

Great growth

Great company to work at. Motivates people. Allows growth. Travel alot which allows alot of exposure. Allows people to work freely. No micro management.

Salary match

Consulting in different companies as per client's requirements. I relate well with co-worker , I have learnt to work closely with co-workers and also be in responsible for my work load. I enjoy working with people in that way we learn different things from the individual. When there is not client it's challenging cause you'll have to stay on the batch.
