Pros: the owner of the company is fully involved in the business, so decisions can be made swiftly
Cons: not meeting my quality standards that I am used to, factory manager too involved in sales, lack of communication

Working on tool room

Working with tool makers but I was assisting tool maker on the machines was also working on the machines and working on moulding even on the cnc machines was operating

Pros: Yes I did get promotion
Cons: 7 to 5
