Positive learning curve, i want growth to develop new ideas and skills and also to learn more

it is because of friendly staff and management, to work as a team as well as individuals. to work under pressure to meet deadlines that what I also like to train my ability to manage the workload.

Pros: growth, opportunity for poromotion
Cons: we do work long hours when we have to meet deadlines.

Excellent learning curve

Work started at 8am till 4pm We arrived and prepped for the day for our customers On Monday’s we would bake beautiful cakes and sell them to our customers My relationship with coworkers was more like family we understood each other and helped each other I have learnt to cater for a number of people because we did a lot of functions I have learnt to bake beautiful cakes I enjoyed working under pressure in a good atmosphere The challenge we had was working late till 12pm and having to be at work at 8am the following day but we managed to pull through everything

Pros: There are no opportunities for promotions but there’s care for employees
Cons: Working long hours and having to work the following day was draining but the moment you start working you forget you were tired
