Pick up allot of experience

Do breakdown on various foundry m/c incl compressor. Do fabrications welding and cutting. Most of the m/c is old so making new parts is a daily struggle. But exciting in a way.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: Normal 40 hours but allot of overtime

Good

there is so much improvement that needs to be done and it is all possible through a / with a good team that is goal driven and ambitious with soo much enthusiasm

Pros: good place to work in, but with rough environment
Cons: negligence of property and on the environment
