This is one amazing company they are good at what they do but you can't grow in the company to many seniors above you so to achieve your goals where you want to be you have to be either in the company for a long timr or you heve to wait until someone resign

Learning curve

We work 47 hours a week that excludes over time. We short staffed but still expected to maintain targets. We don't get rewarded for all the effort we do
