I had to do all the fileing and was working with customers one on one I also did quotations for them they a small company but good people she only needed someone part-time and I need a full-time time job .when I started working there I had no idea of glass but I learned from them I loved working with poeple

Pros: I always give my 100 percent were ever I work
Cons: I don't mind working under pre sure I enjoy a challenge

Ellexent learning curve

Working at Peninsula Glass improved my Admin skills and Managerial skills . I learnt how to deal with different customer request and problem solving. I am a good team leader and working with staff member getting through day to day task was challenging and good. I am able to work under pressure on my own and with others. I have learnt a great deal in sales and business ethics. The most challenging aspects of my job was to multi-task and make sure the day at work was fruitful and profitable.

Pros: Given leadership. Being given opportunity to give your input on decision making. Getting discount on products.
Cons: Working weekends. Loads of task for one person. No growth opportunities.
