Great learning experience to know what type of company to stay far away from as possible.. It's a same that we as people(workers,unemployed job seekers ) can be taken advantage of by companies, and we bassically have no choice to stay strong, for there are so little work opportunities.. (Just more people waiting to exploit us.)

Nice starting job to gain customer service and business experience

This is a good job to start working in the business environment after matric.You learn new skills and how to multitask.I feel this job does not push me to grow or improve, especially how to cope with lots of pressure.

Pros: A stable job
Cons: No incentives, no bonuses, no pension or provident funds, no promotion or upgrade path available to grow in the company.
