Am someone who can independently and also in a team. Very easy to work to with and also not someone short tampered in fact I get along with everyone person that I work with irrespective of the position that the person is holding. The most challenging aspect of the job is to work with someone very indolent because they make very difficult for one to easily achieve the desired goal that is benefial to both company and personal capacity.however, it is of the best to level with everyone and also to make them understand the primarily reason to carry out a certain task and mostly importantly make them understand why a certain has to be achieved

Perfect platform to get to know different people
Learning how to tackle different problems by helping customers all the time. Extremely busy environment raising a lot of pressure which teaches one how to work under a lot of pressure . It's all about helping each other a team members to overcome challenges in the work place. Putting a smile on people's faces even for the smallest reasons is what brightens up my day.

It's a great company,anyone who wish to work for, people like shopping there, people always treated with dignity and respect,love working there bt i'm looking out for other experience

Good learning experience
This was a good platform for learning and training experiences. I be gained alot of experience with how to handle difficult customers and plan promotions and developing my interpersonal dynamic relationships with my calleuges and customers.im aware of how to maintain my KPI and not overspent.My day at work begins 20 min earlier then the staff so I go inside prepare the morning talk . Check everything is fine also when the staff arrives we have the morning talk and plan what to do for thst day .here I will take into consideration what strategies the staff May have for the day.Then we open and start the day.i will do regular follow ups doing the day .My most challenging part is if rude customers come then I have to be careful how to handle them

I have matrices certificate and higher certificate in business principle practice done at varsity college includes computer . business communication. Business management. Pastel etc I'm a hard working person

Target related market
I am willing to work hard and perform all the tasks in time to avoid late submittion. I also prefer to work as a team so that we can share ideas together. I am good with maths actually i prefer to work wuth numbers. I have done office administration at rosebank college for one year.

I am people’s person , I am a team leader and has been a store manager for over 10 years .
Pep store is a good company to work for They put their workers first and make sure that everyone is happy regarding working environment . I also love the team that I work with as we support and work as a team . What I enjoy is that we share work load and help each other where is needed. The only challenge is long hours and long distance that I am traveling from .

Execellent Learning
Working at PEP is actually fun as you get to meet alot with costomers both the friendly and unfriendly ones,the relationship with Co workers is Execellent,I have Learnt A lot from working at PEP ,it has enhanced my Skills boh Communication and otherwise,what i enjoy mot is the Interation with Customers while carrying out my Duties as Sales Agent,There is actually no Challenging Aspect as Sales s what am good at and enjoy doing.

Excellent in coching and suporting behaviour
i have learnt a lot in this company all mamngement skills and admin skills i got it there at pep and all the training i have attended which helped me to be a better store mananger, mostly being selected among all candidates to enoroll with Unisa and do Retail manangement. i enjoyed the culture that the company has especially im my store we had fun when doing promotions the dress up codes made oir customers happy and sales could fly as they come to look at how we loking and end up shoping more.
