we had training every tuesday and what i loved its some of our training material was not all about work but how to deal with life , money management and stress., we were a family.

Excellent learning curve

It is very nice working at pep stores because you meet new people everyday i like pep stores culture the inviroment is very friendly and the staff pep stores is my second home.

Pros: there no such thing as a managers responsibility on some of the thing we are all responsible for our shop
Cons: we only get not more than 4 days off in a month including Sundays. wich is quiet a challenge

I gain more experience in sales.

I work 8 hours and overtime bcz it was so busy andi enjoy to work with people who have a nice characters and learn more thing which how to make a profit and how to deal with customers.most challenges its the customers bcz the .some have positive attitude bt I will manage to deal with those customers.

Excellent learning curve

I m a hard working person whose willing to learn and create a better solutions when it comes to working as a group,working as individuals and I certainly like working with people because m not a difficult person I can handle stressful situations and controlling my temper is a good thing cause if maybe you got problems u just need to leave them behind an focus and keep calm

I am a hard working person and I hope and I am willing to to add more to you compony I have experience on working with pepar work al because I worked as a cashier I know how to so bank statements working with customers and I am highly motivated individual in a work environment

resourcefull and team worj

In all i do i have learnt to be resoucefull ti produce effective and efficient rsults. All can be done through team work and learnig fron each other. Given the opportunity i will love to work on projects which will impliment designs which will give back to the economy. l would be pleased to learn more in the mechanical techinical engineering. I would like to impliment projects which will reach out to the less privillage children

Good learning curve

I have learn to work individual and as a team,to treat costomers like kings and make them feel at home and welcome. Communication well with people in their different levels. The importance of morning talks. Handling difficult customer and make them feel happy I never leave my job unfinished

working at the company i work in has tought me a lot ,being flexible ,working under pressure,and learning how to work independent and along with my colleagues.I enjoy most meeting different people knowing ive been able to help or change their lives.The most changelling aspect of working at this company is being over worked and under paid

Making a difference

Customers gives me a motivation and a smile to see their faces and the way their happy when you assist them.me and myself always share ideas every day on morning talks on how will beat the budget for the day,I have learnt to go an extra mile for the company and always be honest,I enjoy month end reports with figures because it gives us motivation to go on with good sales..what I find challenging is the last being short of stock and customers asking for things that we no longer have and in that way we have to phone other stores for Transfer's.

Pros: Getting rid of stock
Cons: 1 day off a month
