Pep has a culture that inspire me called Sikhula Kunye which means we grow together and that culture binds ud together to work as one. I have learned that we are all equal, we just have different roles and responsibilities. Without the culture in the store there is no team work or unity. I enjoy the way thingd are done, especially when you are supposed to have crusial conversations, there is still that respect and dignity. The most challenging thing is to control stock loss, however working as a team we are unable to bring stock loss down.

I learn to work under pressure

I am working at a high risk environment with lot of shoplifting people but in most cases I do manage to caught them because I know now how do they behave when they enter the shop.

Pros: I want to work on a different industry now as a reatail took more time now and I can not continue with my studies now. Hopefully you will find my CV interesting for this position and I am ready for it.
Cons: I don't have problem with that as long as I will also get rest to continue with studies
