Dealing with difficult customers,staff training and development through store performance and training about employee relation trainings, to have good management skills how to approach problems and how to solve them ,staff growth and development, developing staff through succession plan , when I don't put process in place for stock loss, when result comes out have stock loss and no reason why it happens ,

Planning and organising training for staff and do staff meeting with all staff,good communication skills and team building, I have learn to work with admin, store layouts and visual implementation must be adhered too always,knowing my business and how to analysis my budget to area manager ability to know the out of lines on my profit and loss a day control of business cost and budget, dealing with customers how to solve their problems with business info even when they are wrong learn to apologise to keep the customer

Mental growth
Having worked for other retailer my current employer has developed a new character of letting go of complacency to being resourceful, meaning thinking out of the box and having no fear in decision making with support from my upline manager.

Great company easy to grow
Customer service, receiving of stock and doing our stock take. Working as a team, doing labour scheduling. The company has great opportunity for growth. Great culture as the motto is sikhula kunye we grow together.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth, the company does take care of it workers. The December bonus is always great. Even the monthly bonus if we reach our target as a team.
Cons: Long hours, working on weekends and holidays is always the sad part u can't even have time for your family.
