I manage a old age home of 80 residence. I cater for them 3 meals a day and 2 tea times. 4 days a week 13 hour shifts. 6am to 7pm. I watch over 15 staff at a time, making sure there are doing there jobs, health and safety, prepering food properly and making sure it looks and tastes great. Doing orders, deliveries, functions, stock rotation and stock take. My staff are amazing and very helpful and willing. Old people are not easy to feed as they are fussy and think there way is the only way.
