No place for growth

Once in the structure, there's no other position(s) to grow in. The company exploits their employees in every way possible, financially, racially and generally. The most chalenging aspect is when company rules, policies and procedures are put aside because of mis management from the management, That causes unnecessary pressure.

Pros: It keeps you busy
Cons: Income far from standard
