I do almost 5 peoples work and I am overworked. I am a buyer, reception, debtors clerk, kreditors clerk and I run the POS office for all the sales. I am underpaid and havent received a increase or bonus in 2 years. I need a new job that pays more.

Production manager that grew the business from a small company to a world class manufacturing plant

Great learning curve, but the company will not grow much bigger and therefore I need to further my career and use what I've learned at a new company. I was involved during the startup of this company and mu duties included: Initial tool-up of machines Material specification Finding tool and material suppliers Purchasing of 2 new CNC lathes Programming of more than 600 programs on these lathes Currently I'm acting as the production manager, ensuring all production targets are reached and that the quality is up to the highest standard During my time at Peregrine we've grown from a small company to a company producing more that 40000 parts per month

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: No possibility for growth
