Fantastic company but time to move on!

Permoseal is a family owned business so there is no scope for directorship unfortunately. Most of the employees have been here for 10 years or more and retire from here. Co-workers respect me and most enjoy my "call-it-what-it-is" attitude. The most challenging aspects of my position is the forex trading and prevention of stock losses. I enjoy the people at Permoseal and the acquisition process when they occur.

GREAT COMPANY

Permoseal has a relaxed atmosphere, 37 hour week and shuts down over Christmas. People work here for many years with alot retiring after 20+ years working at Permoseal. We have a great IT infrastructure and the company is very stable

Cons: no promotion aspects
