Excellent learning curve

This job has taught me alot about client centricity no matter what the service is you delivering always give and do your best. Teamwork does make the dreamwork, we all come from different back grounds but when we here its about the company and brand we sell getting along is imperative and i do believe a job done with love is a job done well.

Pros: Have been promoted 3 times since i started
Cons: Salary to low for amount of work and responsibilty

Client visits, reports, business development

Constant changes to the company and procedures. Not very fair working environment to work at. Micro management. You have read between the lines.. good demanding product. You get an existing database to work from.

Pros: Flexiblity, demanding product
Cons: Micromanagement, constant change
