I have learnt a lot from pestana Kruger Lodge

I have been working at pestana for the past 6years started from the kitchen as a chef and now at reception , I have a strong working relationship withmy colleagues and management . I have learnt how to communicate with guests and understand the customer service , I'm currently working at reception that is the enjoyable post dealing with guests all the time most are from foreign countries .

Cons: we normally work 8 hours a day

Learning opportunity

Hounered to work with international and knowledgeable manager and team. Working on SAP accounting system which is my first time. Chasing suppliers to get them to send correct invoices and other documents.

Pros: Opportunity to work internationally
Cons: Too much work for one person

Good company to grow

Pestana kruger lodge is a company that gives its employee's a chance to grow .i have grown in this company I've learned alot from the team I have been working with , understanding other people's needs and deliver my best at the end of the day.

Pros: The company that I work is a very busy one , with lots of people from foreign countries, I enjoy mostly when dealing with foreigners because I'm learning/ come to understand other people's culture
Cons: I do put an extra hours at my work place when it's busy
