Learning experience

Minimum 6 cars per day yo be fixed. It has given me a skill and knowledge on how to do timing on some difficult cars to work on. The most difficult part is being expected to know every problems on different models of cars.

Good opportunities

The work culture is not very good for the amount that is expected from you Fellow employees dont work as a team Backstabbing is part of the culture Senior execs dont desrve to be in positions, nepotasim is a big deal

Pros: Promotional opportunities
Cons: Very long hours and extended job roles compered to other OE's
