Great exposure and learning step.

Excel in my current position , always striving to achieve targets and goals .
Manage 35 staff, Responsible for All Receiving departments and Stores. Responsible for all kitting departments. Responsible for Process and Procedures. Responsible for Material and Inventory control.

Excellent company for learning of different products.
Every morning starts with visiting all production lines from smd to wave, checking on requirements and jobs setup for the day. I have an excellent relationship with all staff and production. I enjoy working on making sure production is running smooth and efficiently. I also enjoy running running all new product from a process and development side, working very closely with engineering concerning design for manufacture requirements.
Pros: There is an ocean of knowledge available to learn when working on +/- 200 products with people from operators to design engineers.
Cons: No further growth.

Great exposure and learning step.
Its been a great four years for growth and learning, started from te very bottom as a sales consultant but has worked my way into a different department which commercially sales Aarms and exports them across the world. I have learnted alot and grown proffesionally. I discovered my passion for people and learning about new producs.

Great company to start a career :)
Excellent company. A platform to gain experience and knowledge of commercial and corporate industries both export and local from end to end. I have grown in PFK electronics and gain experience thought the logistic internal and external about products. From the point of forecast to the end product production stocked in despatch through to the end customer. The logistics from raw materials got the point of sales. Customer and internal and external and internal facing through face and telecommunications. My expertise are stock control, Inventory management, stock takes from interim to financial stock take through the entire business. Forecasting and telematics reporting with sim card management. I started in production as a tester and finished a commercial sales forecast analyst. Due to my enthusiasm to build myself that's the reasons for my 7 promotions. Great company Great people

Growth for future
challenging but manageable good relationship with workers learnt to work with people from different works of life going above our expections getting people to buy into what has been implemented meeting targets with internal stakeholders

Good working environment
YGreat work environment, with good learning opportunities for young Engineers. Am currently developing a new product for which am the lead engineer, the team members are very involved, everyone in the team blends very well. I learnt to manage myself and others in a work environment properly, as well improvements in my skills to develop firmware and Hardware. Also i have learnt that i am a good systems engineer, i good at strategically putting methods to solving problems. I enjoy project design meetings where different i ideas are put together to bring the design alive from spec. The most challenging part of my job is dealing with non passionate technicians

Excellent learning curve
I thoroughly enjoyed working at PFK, in a time sensitive and customer related service. I managed the supply chain between 6 different branches (one of which is in Sweden). I always welcomed all new challenges and loved the opportunities to better myself and to better improve any process that I can.
Pros: Never a shortage of training and experience
Cons: Fellow employees strive to undermine you and is quick to report any small mistake to directors instead of trying to resolve them first.
