I m a well dedicated person, who are willing to learn and work hard to achieve. I learnt how to confirm finish goods from production to the warehouse department on the sap system transaction. Daily cyrcle stock counting,planning of storaging stock and supervision. Also to run sap transations on the system like runningbck order,creating picking slips,confirm picking slip on the sytem,creatinginvoices,receiving mails order from sales department,recording returns product and inspect,processing returns products Running purchase order on the sap transaction to trsnsfer stock to the other warehouses. Planning for daily routes and communicate with customers telepathically. What i was enjoyed the most was when we were reaching the daily target. The most challenges is when the receiving of raw material , receive it late.

Pros: the opportunity for promotions
Cons: to work normal hours but long hours can be worked according to work load

Good

I'm the only female in the training centre , i do admin, facilitating, practical workshop and recruitment During my admin time, i make sure all the set up in the training centre is good, managing schedules and learners attendance. I try learners on how to keep the workshop clean, health safety and on the specification training for that day. For facilitating i conduct the classroom training, i monitor the classroom attendance

Cons: 8 hours
