Phakamo Tech is a small company with great learning opportunities but you work really hard for but there are no opportunities for promotions and salary increase is something that all employees worry about.Plenty opportunities to grow skillfully but no sense of growth personally

It is a great compnayn the problem is that they are not p enough or market related salaries, the culture is nice and every one has opinions or suggestions to the company aying

Pros: It is the first company that I worked for and so far they have been treating the employees like family
Cons: They don't pay
