Fast learner, dedicated to work and work overtime, team leader skills

Hi I am currently working as locum for Clicks Pharmacies. The challenge in being a locum is that you have to be able to adjust everytime if you get booked at different Clicks branches. The pharmacy rules all still apply regardless but the RPs all have their own way of how they want things to be done,so that can just be confusing at times. Every shift that I work I learn something different and I havent worked in retail since 2012 so my retail experience was really outdated when I had my first locum shift at Clicks. So it almost felt like I am starting from scratch in retail but in high school worked casual at a retail pharmacy and after school i did my course and I knew so much back then about the products but working for 7years only for CDU really made me almost forget what its like being and actually working with customers.

Pros: To work hard and being able to go up a level in career.
Cons: Working where I can show someone how do to something they dont know but then they would rather leave it and not take my advice just to help them also to become better at what they do.

No growth potential

No growth potential, and long working hours and weekend's shifts, personal view that can change working conditions are not considered. No monthly meetings held, working hard staff not appreciated or rewarded, under staff and working under pressure.

Pros: No great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours and weekend's
