No experience gathered

It is a a general work underground. We basically clean spillage under a moving belt. Relationship is excellent but nothing new is challenging . In terms of learning there isn't a lot we learn or gain for the betterment of our careers. Most challenging aspects of our job is attitude and self conduct from we employees and how we apply ourselves in achieving a common goal

Pros: No opportunities opened up for learning new things
Cons: Long working hours without lunch time
