Excellent learning curve

I am doing a hard as i am working on a big wholesale ,carrying heavy stuffs most of the time. I am also learning how work with my colleages and how to communicate with customers . I am not happy with the salary i am getting due to the hard we doing everyday ..sometime i do sweeping the floor and backshopping but I 've learnt to be a hard worker . I don't get paid for overtimes and also no bonus that makes me unhappy.

Pros: It is a great opportunity though even if it a hard job but i am learning to cooperate.
Cons: Long working hours
