It is a nice experience to work with people my challenges are working at night

I am currently working as a rooster data capturer during the day and have night shifts. I am capturing results after a race course at Turfontein Race Course including over seas countries like France ect. In my new employment I would like to have promotional opportunities, not working during the night and also have a thirteen cheque because in my present employment I only have a monthly salary and a performance bonus yearly. I have learnt so many things like capturing of results after the race I enjoy working with figures but there are no promotional posts. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. My challenges are working night duty, as a women I am not happy to work overnight.

Adapting to workplace

Tab customer care is a versatile working environment with specific tasks which are rotated amongst the consultants. Fica uploading and attending to queries, pin resetings and working together to solve complex queries. Replying to emails.

Pros: Every day has it's own challenges, learning something new everyday
Cons: Rostered shifts, no stable working hours

Good learning curve

The work is not that much challenging as I was taking customers bets,we gain a very strong relationship with coworkers as we work very closely.the challenging part is to deal with a shortage at the end of the day.what I learned most is how to deal with different customers each an every day,the saddest part is to see customers loosing their money and other being happy as they win the games. The difficult part is to see other customers becoming gambling addicts, loosing their dignity and family's.they also loose their jobs as they spend most of their time in the gaming centre not going to work.
