Installing hardware and software troubleshooting printers and systems
I am an ambitious person who is a hard worker, dedicated and hungry to serve the fellow community. I have a national Diploma in Information Technology and also have an International Computer Driving Licence(ICDL),CCNA certificates in Routing protocols & concepts, Accessing the WAN, LAN Switching and Network fundamentals. I am self-motivated, positive attitude, and I enjoy learning new things and I am able to meet the deadline on the task that is given to me. I strongly believe that my skills and knowledge will add more value in the work place. I am currently working as an IT Junior Technician based at Ceza District Hospital. I am doing desktop support , installing software/hardware and network troubleshooting. I also oversee networking and end user support, provide support on IT systems. I will lookup on hearing from you and I shall be glad if my application is successful.

Learn new things every day
My duties include; Onsite technical Support to over 60 users in the hospital, Face to face, Telephonic & remote Support, Hardware and Software installations, Troubleshooting Network (LAN), hardware and software, Re imaging PCs, Setting up Skype Meetings, Updating installing and maintaining Operating Systems, Middleman to Client base and Server team and Fault Management Controllers, Internet setup, email & support, PC health and performance, network cables, Oversee the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training and special projects

Excellent exposure to new experience
i have a healthy professional relationship with client and and other technicians based in other sites . I've learnt that you shouldn't make close relationships with clients and keep thing professional as possible, follow correct procedures to deal with logged calls and stay level headed. I enjoy being part of every solution regarding IT related issues to fulfill my curiosity. the most challenging aspect of my job at the moment is working with intellectually challenged individuals with tiny clue of IT looking forward to coach you through everything you do but I m through with that now.

Excelling at work
I log calls on everyday basis, I check all connections to the server, I troubleshoot network. I fix all computer equipments.I do desktop support and technical support. I work under pressure but I enjoy my job.

Good company
I enjoyed everything working at Phuthuma technologies, my colleagues were very helpful and friendly. Our managers are very professionals. I learned a lot from the past.
