Excellent company

Lot's of fun to work for them and the team is always helping you when you don't now something the pia team is looking after their staff and all get a fair change to go up in company as they learn new stuff every one and use local people for their company.

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning opportunities. Work long hours to get job done- reasonable. Good Communication between all parties. Learned to follow chain of command very strictly. Learned different techniques and systems to get same results. Different types of structures and P.V. systems. Enjoy getting projects finished on time and get genuine meaningful congratulations from CEO. Challenges is mastering your time, as projects always start late because of different reasons. Could be planned better in more detail.
