Good work environment

At pick n pay clothing i was working five days in a week. My relationship with my co-workers was great because we were respecting one another and we were doing our job with all our heartand listenig and understand each other.what i have learnt is that working as a team in the company you can achieve more or reach the goal of the company and i learnt that listening is a very good aspect that you as an emplyee you should use it to make your company be proud of you and understanding it's a talent. What i enjoyed most us that me and my colleques we were having a very good relationship . Smilling with cllient . The challenge that i faced in the company is when one of our client shouted at me from the first time when i get there and i was angry but my manger said that even a customer can shout at you, do not shout back ,actblike nothing happen and try tondeliver a ghod service that the customer is look for.
