Effective communication skills

Process monthly payroll for += 1200 employees; Ensuring correct calculation of employee wages, overtime, payroll deductions is captured by HR and swipe card system at store level. Capturing of changes in Bank Details Communicating with various employees and managers to obtain payroll documentation and resolve any payroll queries. Complete all forms required (e.g. Employee contracts, leave forms, Provident fund forms, UIF) Capturing of all documentation onto the document control system Capturing of all new employees, terminating dismissed and resigning employees Preparing UI19, UI27 for Department of Labour Ensure all clocking’s are correct and accurate and capturing of short hours and back pays on time cards Run payroll reports on SAP for verification, Edit monthly payroll reports on MS Excel, Sort payslips and issue to employees timeously to different stores Controlling and managing the Filing of sick notes, annual leave forms from different stores.
