Strength, challenges and abilities

- Currently working 8 hours per day in the Johannesburg area - Good relationship with co-workers - It is diverse work environment I am learning a lot on diversity and communication at various levels. - I enjoy the platform to learn more about the business - Communication with various levels of employees

Waste Management company exposure

It is an Environmental waste management company. The company does shift work at planned intervals. It is good work environment. I have a team of about 10 staff members in my section with SHE Officers and COID Officers. Challenges ranges from managing the change of culture relating to behaviour. I enjoy the complexity and diversity of the workforce.

Learning Curve

Eight hours work day Good relationship with the team of 12 Learned a lot on Environmental Management especially waste & landfill operation Great work environment for initiatives on managing waste and educating industries and the public and bench marking over the world Challenge of waste diversion to create enough space for years to come and sustainable development.
