I am a team player work very well with in a team, I am an introvert however that doesn't affect my relationship with co-workers. I've learn't a lot in the finance environment and still willing to learn.

Excellent learning pasture

A very good place to work and learn each and everyday is also a very challenging working place intimes of breakdowns and shutdowns you must be able to handle pressure and be able to work under pressure and have corporation with other employees

Pros: Great place to gain mining experience
Cons: Abnormal working hours

Good

working in a process plant were we dealing with crushing in all size from jaw crush till milling machines from there is DMS n flotation, recovery plant. we where requisted 2 do inspection in all equipment n if their is any deviation report n make job card, n fix. sometime a challenging thing is to carry some ones section and yours at the same time find deviation in 2 section were by you are requisted to fix without giving you extra hands. and the enjoyable part is you gaining MOre skills when working different sites. the most challenging is working without resources. what I learned is working together we can achieve more. relationships was good good

Pros: working standby, company developing us, eg short course
Cons: salary sometimes come half does overtime hours not payed
