I have learned a lot but I would love to move on and get more experience

I have learned a lot at this company, because its a small company we do almost everything from selling to customer service as well as admin but the only problem is that the salary constantly change from better to worse, when we start they promised to pay us 6000 basic salary now our salary has reduced to 2000 a month and they constantly changing our salary structure of commission

Pros: Learning a lot from different departments
Cons: Little salary
