Great learning curve, with courses to better yourself

great company to work if you are starting out - very difficult if you want to move higher in career limited structure for promotion or progress moist of the e jobs are client based so end up adapting the client sculpture

Pros: Its mostly client ba
Cons: no bonus, or benefits like medical aid
