My typical day
My Typical day would be to start with my Filing, Answer calls, register all jobs. Called Client for outstanding payments. Update all admin on the system. To keep all Client information updated on the system. I would assist the Admin team in calling members with outstanding requirements on application to either load or remove dependents from their medical schemes I have learned to respect my fellow workers and always uphold the name of the Employer you work for. The challenge was that it was a temporary job and i knew that it would soon come to an end . I would like this opportunity to learn and become an asset to the Company or Corporation I join. I am constantly seeking to grow within myself, and therefore commitment and passion are key elements I will use all resources available to get a task done. My tipical day
I enjoyed the opportunity as it assisted me in learning and getting to know the medical industry. The staff were friendly and very accommodating in training me and guiding me. The challenges faced was members who were irate and needed immediate assistance of which i could only provide minimum assistance. I would be responsible for calling members with outstanding requirements on their applications to either load or remove a dependent on their medical aid. I enjoyed the challenges and have learned that you need to respect everyone and treat each call received as if it was the first call received for the day. I managed the telephones, Updated the system with queries, Received calls for non-payments or suspension of medical aid. To keep all admin and member records updated. My typical day
I had to manage the telephones. Received calls for non-payments or suspension of medical aid. Called for outstanding requirements. Called Client for outstanding payments. Update all admin on the system keeping an audit trail of all communication with the clients. I was taught to respect my fellow workers and always uphold the name of the Employer you work for. I am constantly seeking to grow within myself, and therefore commitment and passion are key elements I will use all resources available to get a task done. I am willing to grow and will appreciate a job in your organization as I feel that I will be able to uphold the employers standards already set.
