Great starting point

The environment is very fast paced and the teams are awesome- even the bosses are amazing. With management, there is no transparency, a lack of respect to staff, they have major complex/ego issues, they love 'pulling rank' when they don't get their way, they are flat out rude etc., making the vibe terrible in the office. The main concern is there been no room for growth in the company and no salary increases. We have also started working weekends and late shifts which isn't ideal for me. On the good side, I have gained a lot of experience and built good working relationships with each team member. The most challenging aspect of this job isn't even the job itself, it is working with the egotistical managers. I am always up for a challenge, but when people go out of their way to make other peoples lives difficult - I have a problem with that

Excellent working enviroment

Eexcellent am working culture and great people to work with. Amazing manager and bosses. It was great workini like the work and poeple the travelling wss an issue for me as it wss far but the hours where good.g there.

Growth

Communication is not the very best but they try. We get treated fairly and like people and not numbers. But the growth opportunities is very low. They make alot of changes and we almost always in a position that we dont know what our job discription is and then in a moment we are given it and then things change. I know they try to do it to see if they can make processes for efficient but we always land back to where we were and more confused and unsettled. I love the people and environment but the challenge and growth is not there for me. I recently got married and we would like a family. I need to be settled where I am and grow not just for me but for my family. I have stagnated for 4 years and I cant anymore.

Pros: Great company culture and fairly treated
Cons: No growth. Unsettling changes with no outcome

Excellent learning curve

Good working environment, the company gives out good training,ive learnt alot since started working here how to deal with customers needs and how to behave when you working with customer.

Pros: They have great promotion opportunities
Cons: Long working hours

Great growing and learning experience

The office culture is one to be truly admired. The company values everyone where respect, empathy and recognizing every individuals and the value they have within the company and celebrating the achievements and growth within of every individual is a core value. I have learnt to refine my organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail. I enjoy the ever changing environment within insurance and assisting clients find a resolution and giving great service. The most challenging aspect of my job would be, not being able to accomplish my duties timely due to delays or insufficient training.
