Hardworking people's person and Team player
Typical work day consist of factory walkabouts and on the floor management physically checking machine maintenance schedules, scrap , DMR's and overall plant condition including housekeeping. Stock monitoring of raw materials versus WIP and finished goods. Excellent relationships with all managers and staff alike irrespective of position held. Over the years I've learnt to take people's personal feelings in consideration and to listen to needs and make informed decisions based on personal and business needs. I've learnt to stay humble and to make people feel part of a team and to create a winning culture. I enjoy my work thoroughly and like to think of it as a fun environment and to make people feel that they want to be here. Manufacturing is a good balance of stock management and to keep abreast with challenges for instance pricing, economic and the current financial implications and market conditions and is always challenging .

Cons: Labour and Union demands,Breakdowns and proper planning

Learnt alot
It is a very great working environment I have learnt alot from my mentor and fellow collegues. I however live very far from pinnacle and it's a very big expense to get to and from work on a daily basis, but I must say working here is very pleasant indeed

A typical work day would be ensuring that payroll documents are in order for payroll loading working closely with the recruitment team Facilitation of the on boarding programme in the first 2weeks of the month Adhoc internal disciplinary actions i.e warnings and performance review Maintenance of internal training and skills development report for BEE Creating relationships with all employees on different levels, and access to executive management

Alot of experience gained
Greeting visiting clients and informing appropriate staff of their arrival, managing of multi-company switchboard (routing calls appropriately and taking messages), personal assistant to management, helping arranging and catering boardroom meetings, staff training and in-house events, taking meeting minutes, controlling of office assets, procurement of office goods (cleaning material, etc.) assisting with account credit checks before management audits. Daily completing of general administration (such as filling of invoices, employee KPA’s, couriers waybills and credit notes, completed attendance registers etc.)

Hi well like to help me with a permanent jop
It ia typical work day was good and relationship with my works was not dat bad was nomala enjoy was prefet and i learnt more experience to work with more people in a some place and i get more challenging in aspects of jopt was a good jop on but the sara was to smoli on me
