Improvment of sales
Making sure that the company make as much sales as possible, I have good communication with my co-workers. I have learnt that a product sells faster if it positioned in a right way on shelves, e.g. if my products are neater than those of my compotator, then I will make more sale than him. I enjoy gaining more space on shelves because that increases the sales of the company. Ordering of goods and Co- workers from compotator companies like Tiger brands and Smollen Instore.

I learnt to deal with difficult customers and staff in the field
1. Working hours was good, we work Monday to Sartuday. 2. I had good relationship with my team and i will miss them. 3. I learnt working with different people and understand their culture. 4. I enjoy working close to the Client , and getting advise and motivation from them. 5. The most challege was to get knowing my staff problem in the field, eg there are in full uniform and reporting to work in time.
Pros: That's the waste thing makes me leave the business as chances of get promoted are low.

Good marketing experience
It's a good starting point when you want to build a career on marketing sector ,it gives a candidate a clear perception on what is marketing mix,and how you can gain experience on understanding the client and customer base and visions
