Good experience

Dear Sir/Madam I have been employed at Pioneer since early this year. It is a medium size area where i am based. Pioneer provided me with new working skills and also improved my skills, knowledge and experiance I had. The challenge I faced at some point was being left alone responsible for the Lab, where I had to train other stuff members to help me accomplish the rask for the day. However i would multitask and also push my productivity at the same time. However, this was not just a challenge to me. But it was an exciting tour that was training me to be responsible, outstanding, excersizing myself to work under pressure and still meet the dead line. It proved my hard work. The environment with co-workers was also good. We could be strict with our work but we will joke and laugh in our 2-3 minutes egornomic breaks. So we were working normal hours except where we had a lot of work which needed to be done urgently. Thats when we worke for one or two extra hours. Thank you

Pros: If permanent position is available. Then can apply and stand a chance.
Cons: Abide by the contract rule

We work as seasonal workers

we always work as team and also do toolbox talk before every shift talking about safety and life savings rules of company. remember team work always win.. that's why i like working as with colleague's to be productive.. all i know is production need team work always

Pros: we work as team always take instructions from shift leader or management.. as i m a forklift driver it was not difficult for me to do my tusks on shift.. challenges where on shipping only.. especially when they gave wrong information
Cons: when is our weekend in.. we where doing 12 hours Saturday and Sunday
