Billing customer, daily, monthly and Ad-hoc billings. Collecting, processing and allocation of customers’ remittances per account balance. Updating and administration of debtors documents (credit notes). Collecting of monies from customers and reporting bad debts as well as account in liquidation, preparation of standard month/ly journal and conforming year end auditors. Follow up on queries do credit applications and amendments applications. Day to day processing of debtors payments. Reconciliation of debtors’ account and follow-up of outstanding balances. Maintain customer relationships. Daily update of payment forecast schedules monitoring of debtors age analysis.

Learning very quickly

I've got a good working relationship with workers, we understand each other and I've learnt a lot ever since i started working as a production machine operator and now i'm working as an engineering store controller which is a good opportunity for me.

Pros: I got a promotion from production department to engineering department where i am right now
Cons: +/- 8 working hours
