Have learnt and gained a lot of experience

Handling the Safety File. Accounting for Company Audits. Ensuring construction workers follow company policies and safety regulation. Responsible for keeping policies up to date according to the latest standards. Inspecting site conditions to determine hazards. Determine correct PPE to used and make sure the workers know how to operate and use tools and equipment. Risk Assessment. Employee Induction. Incident reports.
