Dealing with running of store from opening to closing, friendly towards team members but again let them know that their are important to the company and most of all treat the job as if it was theirs. Bad months when target are not met, then I struggle to understand but don't fall apart. That does get to me.

Training manager

Great leadership role training and coaching and developing people in the company. Planning and development of training programs on a daily basis. I'm responsible for training staff from store to head office.
