Well the day usually starts with morning training (gym) and there will be a meeting at 9am sharp. From there as consultants we start confirming all appointments for the day ahead including no-shows, be-backs (call backs), re-scheduled apps etc. Then we start making follow up calls to returned/unpaid debit orders and all outstanding documents. Then we drive out to set-up activation stands for outreach for new leads and sales. So the objective is to always be selling gym memberships and always be closing either on the spot or by appointment. Once the appointment shows up one then needs to do meet and greet, analysis in order to identify the client's goals before doing a personalized tour of the facility to show the client what they can expert in order to focus on the client's goals specifically. Once the tour is done then a full price presentation.

My qualifaication will translate well in this position
Work in a fast pace call centre environment to answer calls from members Provide relevant information as requested by the member Answer calls within required time (15 seconds) Follow the correct query flow and report back to the member the outcome of the query Escalate the query if needed and still provide feedback to the member within the stipulated turnaround time Listen to calls done and taken by agents and responsible for setting the quality standards for incoming and outgoing calls. In the retention department. Provide daily report of the findings and suggest ways in which an agent can better their skills.

What I think of planet fitness Walmer:
I enjoy working at Planet Fitness as I am a big fan of healthy living and sport. I really do not get along with some of my co workers as some of them are really disrespectfull. I enjoy working at reception as I bond with a lot of our clients. I have learnt to get along with all of our clients as they are like family by now. What I enjoy most by working there is only the fact that I love what I do there.

Not bad company
If you are ambitious its not ideal as the call center is small so no growth here for supervisor or team leader position. one perk for workn for a gym is the free membership of which not all staff make use of but i did.

Attained excellent knowledge and experience
While working shifts overseeing operational tasks and managing 14 staff including 3 HOD's the team and I managed to improve the overall operations of the company as well as net member sales. Brand and product management was also a key performance indicator as this also had a direct influence on our ROI. 1. Propose events and execute them in club to boost attendance and raise awareness. 2.liase with potential sponsors for prizes and promotional oppotunities. 3.Ensure company marketing is located in the correct places etc. I found this to be the part that I was most passionate about and would enjoy spending more of my time doing brand coordination and events.

It has been a challenging experience
Dear sir/ madam I saw your ad online and I would like to apply for the secretary position at your firm. I am currently working at Planet fitness in Moreleta Park Pretoria as an Administrative Assistant. I have gained some experience through working as a receptionist and now in administration and I would like to know more. I completed my LLB at the university of Venda in 2016.
