It's a great company to work for,there is a very good structure. Also the QE job is very challenging and taps into your innovative thinking capability.

Excellent experience given

9 hours a day Good relationship with workers I have learned a lot with the company from growing to where I am today Enjoyed working with my workers we always had lot experience together Challenges most was start up of new products SOP but good experience

Excellent learning curve

Very friendly co workers with a team work spirit,I have learn how maintaine stock in the warehouse and also to make sure safety environment is a priority. Keeping the working area neat and tidy(5S),receiving and dispatch of goods.

Pros: There is no growth in durban plant
Cons: Normal working hours

1. Ability to work under pressure 2. Ability to meet deadlines on time 3. Innovative, self driven, flexible, accuracy, courtesy and punctuality 4. Sometimes feels like we short staffed.
