I have adapted to much to many interpersonal skills and working on with managing people

I am currently lecturing students, part time and full time. It's a good challenge as some they older than my age it is enjoyable as they give so much respect and willing to learn. The most part that I love is that I am handling people's future in my hands I have a challenge to create and good image of who they are in future as our institution will carry a reference through them

Pros: Great opportunity for experience and there is growth
Cons: It's a private college and it mostly depends on the function of students
