Good learning curve
Working at platinum life was a great experience for me, it got me ready for office life, being a call center rep you required to speak to a variety of people each with their own trait, so you learn how to deal with said people in an effictive way, being in a target based environment motivated me to do the best I could to maximize my salary and deliver the best work possible

Excellent experience
Company is excellent and provides quality training. Co workers are frieny and helpful. I learned to work under pressure and produce quality results. I enjoyed the celebration of targets reached and benefits. It is a very warm and welcoming environment and managers or team leaders provide with motivation whenever needed.

Great experience
Great experience Lovely work environment Great people Meeting new people everyday Creating a clientele Create ideas and leaning new things daily I get to work with a team of great people and I love team work more especially when we all get along of which is what I would want as a team player! I know that a great team meets targets and does all the job correctly. I love working retail because It's challenging and I love a challenge. I'm a hard worker and I fast leaner as well

Great growth opportunity for a first job
A typical working day for a telesales agent at Platinum Life is making about 250-400 calls to assigned leads. The goal is to reach a target of 20-25 addresses of people who have given addresses where promotional gifts can be delivered as a means of advertising. My co workers help me improve my strategies for higher conversion rates and to discuss common problems we may be experiencing about the work. What I enjoy is that feeling of satisfaction after making target and even going over target. The most challenging aspect about this job is convincing people on the phone that you are actually doing them a favor and not trying to scam them or sign them up to binding contracts.
Pros: Great opportunity for making money that is not limited to salary but is commission based
Cons: The job is unpredictable and there are a lot of factors that are not in your control that can affect how well do your job.

Great chance's of promotion/ growth
Start work at 7oclock.. Briefing of how we operated the previous day. If one struggling we'll come up with ways of helping tthem in order to reach our set target. I've learnt it's good to be a team player as many brains help each other. I mostly enjoyed getting incentives as they motivate one to push even harder. Most challenging is when we're not that productive due to getting recycled leads. Customers refusing the product..
Pros: When able to reach target in less that 3 months one gets promoted
Cons: There are long hours but only once/twice a month. We call them marathon days, and there's lots incentives on those days.

Marketing Milestone
My work experience in the marketing industry at this company has certainly taught me about branding, liaising and collaborating. My natural skills regarding organizational skills, communication and networking has grown in such a way that I believe I am able to establish these skills and abilities in a pro-active and passionate environment. That is what I've enjoyed the most. Working as a Marketing Executive has given me the opportunity to work so many different people as well as motivate and development their skills and my own. No day is a typical work day. My relationship with my co-workers is always professional and synergy remains to be part of our main focus points.
Pros: Relocating to Cape Town and Excellent opportunity for a new challenge and change.
Cons: Lacking in challenges.

Great learning curve
The day consists of dialing leads that they give you. They are not enough and may demoralize you, but they teach you objection handleling. It is high pressure and entails you as a trainee to have high levels of confidence because getting rejected is hard.

Platinum life is a great company but has a bad management..there’s a lot of ..they have the best environment..they must make more opportunities for promotions so that they can have workers who what to do more
