It's not a big company but i have learnt a lot on how to solve office conflict and working in a team and on how to adapt to change and also if i have not meet my targets i must go extra mile to meet it

Pros: I have a great relationship with my colleagues and i have learnt to work well in a team so am a team player

I've learned how to approach a client telephonically

I have spent more hours at work, my relationship with my Co-workers was really good we all have good relation amongst us. I have learned how to be patient with a client over the phone. What I have mostly enjoyed is that we worked as a team with co-collegues and our former boss. The most challenging aspect I have hadwas voicemail leads where I couldn't even get a contact and it was a predictive dialer, in regards to that sales where dropping due to no contact.

Pros: It was a good opportunity
Cons: 9hours working a day

Too mamy years experience with too less pay

Worked here 5 years and still no promotions..built myself up in vast fields of toolmaking namely.- press tooling , forming , bending gravity dies , pressure die casting dies, plastic injection moulds...yet there has been no improvement in salary or considerations for promotion.

Pros: None
Cons: Whites go up the ladder only.

Hard worker

As you can see from my attached CV, I have just over 1 year experience in a call centre environment. I believe the knowledge and kills built up during short time make me a suitable candidate for the role, because not only am I driven, eager to learn and a hard worker, but I show dedication in my work.

Excellent Growth Opportunity

I work in an extremely agile environment which has allowed me to develop, evolve and master a variety of skills. I truly have a very good, professional and respectful relationship with my co workers. The most challenging thing is having an ops head that screams and swears at everyone..

Pros: Agile environment. Self manage.
Cons: Management very unprofessional. No room for growth

Life time experience

i am a hard worker and willing to learn more with my experience gathered from the sales industry. i have been involved in a generic management course for a year where i managed to explore my experience and learn how to grow in developing my management skills. i am more energetic and trustworthy. Dealing with clients has been my life time partner where i have solved problems and managed to keep clients in the business.

Pros: want to grow within the company
Cons: 8 hours a day
