Good learning

There was no basic the 1st 2 months I had to survice with that little money from commission but then it was good working at pmd I mean management is cool and all my colleagues were hard working so the only challenge we had was to hoog up client's but when that is done they know me and my team (consultants) were go getters we go outthere make things happens.

Pros: great opportunity of networking
Cons: lot of traveling around

Fast learner

Am young,energetic,hardworker and appreciative of the things I have which makes me to be more responsible in my life. Working at PMD is not so fun because of you get paid depending only on commission so a person like me having responsibilities its not working well because days are not the same some days you make sales others days you don't.

Pros: Work effectively under pressure
Cons: Long working hours
