A good learning point

It is a great experience to work at my company with my colleagues. I have learnt lots of things which im proud of, i enjoy being able to solve problems by myself and be able to communicate with clients . But it is more challenging to work with with non coorpative colleagues when you need them and it end up being like you dont have assistants the work its only for you.

Pros: no promotion
Cons: long working hours without benefits

Excellent learning curve

It is good and enjoyable to work with all my colleaques though others are difficult to work with but i have a way to accomadate them. I have good sense of humour and a good listening ear. I enjoy working with people.

Cons: Dont mind long hours as long its recognized

Great experience

My work throughout the day is normal but sometimes it become very hectic , but its easy to cope and concentrate as i have a good relationship with my co-workers. I learnt lot of things how to handle clients easy and difficult ones. Good communication, working hand in hand, listening and understanding our purpose at work. Dealing with impossible situations where the management does not act accordingly

Pros: No promotion chance
Cons: Long unpaid working hours
