Excellent learning curve of management

Worked very well with co-workers and owner, management of the store was in good hands and taught me how to be a manager. Gathered alot of knowledge and have improved my customer service, typical work day would be dealing with alot of different races and ethnicities and how to interact with them on their level and relate. I enjoyed teaching and guiding customer and clients direct and over the phone about our products and what we do. Most challenging about my job is the long hours, managing more than 10 customers at once.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth within the management industry
Cons: Long working hours, one day off a week, never had time with family

Leaning curve

Working at pack n stack is nice but a very challenging environment. For I was a hard labour, had to lift heavy stuff the case's of beer. Packing more than 16 roll tainers a day. We have a good relationship with our site manager. He motivated us to work hard, and believed in perfection. He gives tough love. Have learnt a lot about communication skills, in trade, meetings, customer service, sale's promotion, being in charge, negotiation skills, dealing with irate customer's, giving customer what the want, stock rotation. What pleased me was being able to convince customer's what to purchase.

Cons: Long working hour's and day's
