- We normally work from 08:00 t0 16:30 if we not overloaded. - We seldom work overtime without compensation due to tied deadlines. There were times we knocked off at 1:30 am and expected to still report to work after worked for such abnormal hours. It is not easy to get leave. -I have a good relationship with my co-workers but the HR/Financial manager bully us and most employees dislikes her as we not granted leaves easily and seldom get paid without any word from Management and everyone believe they under paid. -I have learned a lot on technical things i.e. reports/proposals writing, tender processes and construction supervision. - Nothing is exciting as we always depressed. -Most challenging aspect is that there is lack of mentorship and management is selective when coming to skills transfer so we teach ourselves.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning particularly for graduates
Cons: No personal growth (financial and career wise)

The company is still young, I've learnt a lot.

A typical work day - A typical work day is managing external consultant and client liason to ensure project targets are met. Your relationship with co-workers - We work as team of young engineers being supervised by Managers. What you have learnt - To self manage a projects. What you enjoy most - Self managing my own projects. The most challenging aspects of the job - Making the best decision, I am still highly dependent on the supervisors for final decisions.

Pros: Small Company - High responsibility on Projects
Cons: Small company - Limited variety of Project thus not enough diverse experiences faces
